Joseph van Halen (nicknamed Joe) was always a fighter, especially with his twin sister. Not a day went by in the van Halen household without the two of them bickering and fighting over one thing or another. Wether it be at school, home, work, in public, it didn't matter. Any little thing would have them at each other's throats.

So when the two of them landed in Green Dolphin Street Prison after being caught trespassing on a rich man's property after trying to sneak into a fancy party, and the man pressing absurd charges to the both of them, it was a rare moment where they were not with each other every moment of the day.

Joe tried to pretend like he didn't care, but he did. When he awakened his stand after his sister was cut by a shard of a stand arrow, he subsequently became a target for Whitesnake and Father Pucci and began to work alongside his sister to unveil Whitesnake's identity alongside Jolyne Cujoh.

Joe has short, brown hair and a lean build. He has a belly button piercing that he did himself and he wears jorts and a white tank-top. He wears his GDST prison jacket around his shoulders and his prisoner number is MA04167.

Two of Hearts: Queen is a close range, artificial humanoid type stand that was awakened in Joe after his sister awakened hers from a shard of a stand arrow.

It takes the form of a feminine body covered in cards with the Queen suit. Each of its limbs have multiple Kings of Clubs, Hearts, Diamonds and Spades on each of them respectively and on its chest is a jewel separated in 4 quadrants of each playing card suit. It wears a crown with the same jewel adornment as its counterpart and all over its body it has the word “Liar” adorned in big metal lettering. Its hands have metallic adornments, its left hand is silver and its right hand is gold.

The stand’s ability is focused in its hands, where its left hand’s punches are extremely cold and its right hand’s punches are extremely hot. This also allows it to heat and cool anything it touches, albeit to a lesser degree than Vickey’s stand. For instance, he could simultaneously heat and cool an object causing it to explode and also rapidly change states of water.

The stand’s range is 3 meters, although its heating and cooling effect can extend further through conduction and convection with other surfaces. Its localized name is “Two Hearts: Queen”
